Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • 4–5 years of BI/data analytics experience.
  • Strong SQL skills across large datasets.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
  • Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of product analytics metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.

We are currently hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Associate to drive business and product decisions by transforming complex data into clear insights that shape strategy. They partner with senior stakeholders to define analytics needs, design advanced models, and deliver impactful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with the ability to tell compelling data stories that influence decisions across the organization.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Associate, you will do the following:

  • Partner with business and product stakeholders to define analytics needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports that integrate multiple data sources and support strategic decision-making.
  • Apply statistical concepts, predictive modelling, and rigorous data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership, framing data in ways that drive product, business, and operational improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to resolve data quality issues, ensure compliance with governance principles, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and customer feedback to shape product strategies and improve user experience.
  • Support adoption of self-service analytics and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Act as a data storyteller, communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or product analytics roles.
  • Strong SQL skills with demonstrated ability to manage and query large, complex datasets.
  • Proven experience applying statistical analysis and predictive modelling in business contexts.
  • Practical experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of product analytics principles, KPIs, and metrics that guide product strategy and growth.
  • Track record of translating complex analysis into actionable business and product recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions through compelling data storytelling.
