Job summary

Nclusion is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to be the analytical backbone of the Financial Services Operations function. You’ll build KPI reporting and dashboards tracking wallet, loyalty card, and remittance performance across markets, turning data into insights for leadership.

You’ll translate analysis into operational recommendations, partner with Product Ops and Data teams, and support GTM planning with market readiness data and signals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or strategy/ops roles in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets skills; hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
• Experience building a KPI framework or recurring reporting package from a messy or incomplete data starting point.
• A track record of producing analysis used directly in leadership or board-level conversations.
• Comfort working ad hoc against undefined questions, and partnering with a central data/eng team to formalize recurring analyses.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with ambiguous priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain KPIs spanning agent network health, wallet/loyalty adoption, and remittance performance across markets.
• Build and maintain recurring performance reporting used to brief the COO and Exec team.
• Surface underperformance signals and contribute to root-cause analysis market by market.
• Build lightweight ad hoc analysis (SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI tools) and collaborate with the data team to formalize recurring needs.
• Support GTM planning with performance and market-readiness data, including signals from agent networks.
