Confidential is seeking a hands‑on SQL Server to Snowflake Migration Consultant. The role focuses on converting SQL Server workloads to Snowflake, troubleshooting final migration issues, and validating data and reporting outputs across environments.

You will also support ETL pipelines, tune Snowflake performance, and assist with Power BI validation where applicable, while collaborating with the broader data team in a fully remote setting based in ND, UT, WA, or OR.

Qualifications

• Proven success converting SQL Server workloads to Snowflake.
• Hands-on data migration and validation experience required.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve migration blockers.
• Experience with ETL processes and BI validation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert Microsoft SQL Server queries to Snowflake SQL preserving business logic.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and resolve blockers during final phase.
• Validate data and reporting outputs across SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Tune Snowflake workloads and support ETL pipelines as needed.
• Assist with validation of Power BI dashboards where applicable.
