Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers, a Michelin Group company, seeks a Business Analyst to lead our BI transformation. You will partner with the BI Architect to develop and maintain Power BI reporting across the Fenner PRP business lines, translating business questions into governed analytics with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a BA, strong SQL, advanced Power BI skills, and experience with JD Edwards ERP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Advanced Power BI developer skills.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience in JD Edwards ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements.
• Analyze trends, drivers, and variances to deliver actionable insights.
• Support operational and financial performance reviews through dashboards and scorecards.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Cognos, or Tableau with governance.
• Integrate data from ERP and other sources and automate recurring reports.
