Quantix SCS LLC is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to join the BI & Data team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL, with a proven ability to convert business requirements into dashboards, reports, and data models that drive decision-making across Quantix's supply chain divisions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI — data modeling, DAX, M, report and dashboard development.
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL in a complex relational database environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
• Highly motivated, proactive self-starter; works well independently and as part of a team.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear operational and strategic insights for division leadership and business users.
• Lead dashboard builds for assigned division(s) from requirements gathering through UAT and go-live.
• Build and maintain data models, calculated measures, and DAX/M logic within Power BI.
• Optimize Power BI reports and data models for performance and scalability.
• Configure and maintain Power BI security roles (row-level security) to ensure appropriate data access.
• Train and support business users on Power BI usage, report navigation, and best practices.
