Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an senior BI professional to design and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. You will work with data engineers to shape scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server or Oracle.

The role requires strong DAX, Power Query, and SQL skills, plus experience administering Power BI Service and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric. Leadership and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years in BI/data analytics with 5+ years focused on Power BI development.
Expert-level DAX and Power Query skills.
Strong SQL ability including complex queries and performance tuning.
Experience administering Power BI Service.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

End-to-end design and development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Collaborate with data engineers to design ETL/ELT pipelines feeding BI models.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
Optimize report performance and ensure data governance and security.
Manage Power BI Service administration and governance.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights.
Stay current with Power BI/Microsoft Fabric roadmap and adoption opportunities.
