Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a Power BI specialist to design robust data models, implement DAX measures, and build interactive dashboards aligned with business needs.

You will optimize performance, manage RLS and workspace governance, integrate Power BI with Azure data sources, and collaborate with data engineers and analysts to deliver scalable BI solutions. A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years SQL/BI experience required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience in SQL programming for large data assets.
• Power BI design and development based on normalized/denormalized data models.
• Experience with enterprise BI tools and data governance.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Model, design, and implement data models using star/snowflake schemas.
• Ensure proper relationships, hierarchies, and calculated measures in datasets.
• Build dashboards, apply row-level security, and govern workspaces.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver BI solutions.
• Support performance optimization and incremental refresh practices.
