Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a BI/Data Engineering professional to design and maintain corporate dashboards, data models, and reporting pipelines. You will partner with Supply Chain, Product Sourcing, Procurement, Warehouse, Traffic, and Manufacturing to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

You will lead data governance, optimize data quality, and build automated pipelines while leveraging Power BI, SQL, and ETL tools. Strong communication to executives is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience with traditional data warehouse architectures (centralized data warehouse, data mart).
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling knowledge (star/snowflake schemas).
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Power BI or similar.
• Analytical problem solving and ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI).
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Product Sourcing, Procurement, Warehouse, Traffic, and Manufacturing.
• Develop automated reporting and data pipelines to improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain data models, transformations and reporting logic.
• Define project scope, gather requirements, manage backlogs and timelines.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Lead complex projects and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Establish data governance and validation rules across systems.
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimize pipelines and data quality.
