Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required.
3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare.
Tableau and Clarity Data model experience preferred.
Tableau certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Work on multiple (2-3) projects simultaneously supporting multiple stakeholders.
Lead business requirement gathering and define scope with the business.
Identify data sources and develop technical data design requirements.
Develop viz wireframes and craft visualizations and dashboards using BI tools.
Write SQL queries to develop data sources.
QA and UAT with internal teams; train analysts and share knowledge.
Contribute to analytic assets and address stakeholder feedback to ensure high service levels.
