Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop dashboards and data solutions that support enterprise initiatives. You will promote robust BI practices while maintaining strict confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information.

You will leverage Tableau and SQL Server, applying data visualization and modeling skills to improve BI processes across a multi-entity healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or closely-related field.
• 1 year of analysis work including Data Visualization and/or Data Modeling, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare provider environment.
• Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs, databases, programming languages, ETL, and decision support systems.
• Tableau and SQL Server experience preferred; Tableau certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and data solutions in conjunction with key Piedmont Healthcare initiatives.
• Assist in development and promotion of business intelligence functions within Piedmont Healthcare.
• Maintain confidentiality with patient, employee and company information.
• Stay informed on new technologies and identify opportunities to improve BI processes.
• Proactively seek opportunities to increase usage of Tableau among current end-users.
