Job summary

PBG is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support a federal government client’s enterprise IT system. The role bridges government stakeholders and the delivery team by eliciting business requirements, translating needs into user stories, and supporting testing, documentation, and training throughout the Agile lifecycle.

Based in the Washington, DC area with hybrid on-site and some off-site work, the role requires an Active Secret clearance and experience in Scrum, QA support, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience with software/system testing (functional/regression/UAT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process needs for the client system.
• Translate requirements into actionable functional specs and user stories for the delivery team.
• Support testing activities (functional, regression, UAT) and develop test cases and scripts.
• Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and maintain functional docs, SOPs, and training materials.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and support Agile delivery throughout the lifecycle.
