GCyber is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Software Development to support a high visibility federal IT modernization effort. The role focuses on translating stakeholder needs into testable requirements for secure, classified environments using Agile methodologies.

You will elicit and document requirements, manage backlogs in Jira, facilitate cross-functional sessions, and ensure traceability from epics to user stories while coordinating with DevSecOps teams and federal customers.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Experience decomposing complex needs into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work across technical, security, and customer teams.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and translate needs into clear requirements and testable specs.
• Facilitate sessions with customers, product owners, developers, and security teams.
• Document current and future-state processes and design workflows.
• Manage requirements and user stories in Jira with traceability.
• Support data governance, integration, and reporting initiatives.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
• Provide cross-functional leadership for complex, cross-domain capabilities.
