Job summary

Prime Source Technologies, LLC is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications / Agile to lead requirements elicitation, document business/technical needs, and manage backlogs in an Agile environment for enterprise applications on a federal program.

You will coordinate UAT, track defects, and ensure release readiness while maintaining clear Jira/Confluence documentation and stakeholder communications. Onsite work is required with potential telework days as the project progresses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of hands-on relevant business analysis experience.
• Business analysis and Agile certifications preferred, not required.

• Develop business requirements documents, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, process models and traceability artifacts.

Job Description

Prime Source Technologies, LLC (PST) is recruiting qualified professionals for anticipated enterprise application development, modernization, and operations support for a federal law-enforcement customer. This opportunity supports mission‑critical information systems through secure, reliable application engineering and close collaboration with Government stakeholders. Employment on this program is contingent on award, customer approval, funding, and applicable position activation.

Work schedule and site requirements

Regular support hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Personnel are expected onsite five days a week during an approximately two-month acclimation period. Following that period, and subject to Government authorization, the schedule generally requires at least two days onsite weekly with up to three days telework; the customer may increase onsite requirements up to five days. Occasional evening, weekend, or special-event work may be needed with advance notice.
