Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver scalable analytics and reporting across Sales Operations and commercial analytics. You will design data models, automation solutions, and dashboards using SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and Excel, translating business needs into actionable insights.

The role blends deep technical BI expertise with strong business acumen to improve data governance, reporting modernization, and decision support. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or similar.
• 3+ years of advanced Power BI development including complex data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable data models, pipelines, and reporting frameworks for Sales Operations and executive analytics.
• Lead reporting initiatives related to Oracle ERP and related systems, including data migrations and SQL-based reporting.
• Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, procedures, and data transformation logic.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Oracle reporting tools, and Excel to support forecasting and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across environments; collaborate with IT and stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts on tools, data interpretation, and analytics best practices.
