Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage forecasting, S&AOP processes, and reporting to improve supply chain efficiency. You will work with production planning, purchasing, engineering, and quality to expedite releases and ensure schedule adherence within the ERP system.

The role emphasizes data mining, KPI tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and driving improvements in customer service and inventory investment. Strong Excel/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of supply chain, operations, or logistics experience.
• Exposure to user level ERP for Supply Chain functions.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and Tableau skills.
• Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting coordination with commercial and financial teams and import into ERP.
• Provide data for S&AOP and prepare KPI-focused reports.
• Use Excel and Power BI to analyze data and track KPIs.
• Analyze sales data to inform production and component planning.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve service, cost and inventory.
• Identify material issues and communicate shortages impacting production.
• Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and visibility.
