Job summary

4over is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to develop data-driven pricing strategies that optimize revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness across our product portfolio in manufacturing, printing, distribution, or e-commerce.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to evaluate pricing performance, monitor competition, analyze buying behavior, and identify margin-improving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
• 5+ years in Pricing Analytics, Commercial Analytics, BI, Revenue Management, FP&A, or related role.
• Experience developing pricing strategies for revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience with competitive pricing, market intelligence, and large datasets.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
• Experience in manufacturing, printing, distribution, retail, or eCommerce preferred.
• MBA or related master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing performance across products, brands, customers, channels, and segments.
• Develop pricing recommendations to optimize revenue, gross margin, and competitiveness.
• Evaluate price elasticity, customer purchasing behavior, discounts, rebates, and promotions.
• Partner with Sales and Product Management on pricing requests and strategic opportunities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and value propositions across markets.
• Identify pricing gaps, threats, opportunities, and trends.
• Develop pricing dashboards and reporting to support decisions.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify pricing, assortment, and profitability opportunities.
• Recommend pricing strategies for new products, rationalization, and market expansion.
