Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data stories that drive operational decisions. You will partner with Service Operations and other stakeholders to translate needs into scalable analytics, validate data accuracy, and optimize performance for timely decision making.

The role requires 3–5 years in BI, strong SQL and Tableau skills, and a solid grounding in data governance and data modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, or related field, or four years of related work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, Tableau development, or related field.
• Strong Tableau dashboard design, data visualization, and BI best practices.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that translate business needs into insights.
• Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to define success measures and deliver reporting solutions.
• Connects Tableau to approved data sources, builds data models, and prepares structures for scalable reporting.
• Monitors data accuracy, validates dashboard results, and iterates to improve performance and usability.
