Job summary

SambaSafety in the United States seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Enterprise Data Team. You will transform data into essential information to support defensive and offensive business strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights within operational workflows.

The role focuses on advancing AI-ready data foundations, building scalable BI solutions, and enabling AI-driven analytics while enhancing analyst productivity and data trust.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in data roles, 2+ years in BI processes.
• Experience with Modern Data Stack, Snowflake, Looker, Power BI, ETL tools; Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports communicating KPIs for internal/external reporting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards reflecting findings and recommended next steps.
• Collaborate with BI team to deliver scalable, optimized BI solutions.
• Understand core business processes and align data development with strategy.
• Explore data to identify patterns, relationships, and anomalies.
• Develop data dictionaries and AI-ready metadata for natural language tools.
