Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Behavioral Health Tech Supervisor for our newest inpatient detox and residential facility in North Chesterfield, VA. Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm. You will manage daily residential operations, train BHTs, and help maintain a warm recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• If in recovery, minimum one-year sobriety required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
