Job summary

Starting compensation is $20.00 per hour. Weekend, holiday, and night shifts required. ABC certification and DE Service License are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years high-volume beverage operation experience preferred.
• ABC certification required at time of hire.
• DE Service License required.
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Must present an overall professional appearance.
• Must be able to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with staff and set goals.
• Maintain staffing levels for casino floor and bars.
• Manage bar par levels, liquor requisitions, and inventories.
• Assist with budget monitoring for payroll, sales, liquor, and supplies.
• Train new hires and conduct quarterly trainings.
• Prepare daily server evaluations for speed of service and policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol policies daily.
• Ensure staff card under-30 for cigarettes and liquor.
• Complete payroll and attend meetings as assigned.
• Oversee staff evaluations and discipline when needed.
