Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Pennsylvania to lead QA and food safety programs in a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment.

Candidate will drive HACCP, SQF, FDA/FSMA compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement while partnering with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams. Leadership and beverage manufacturing experience with major beverage companies is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in beverage manufacturing with quality leadership
• Experience with HACCP, SQF, FDA, and FSMA
• Strong auditing, documentation, and CAPA capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and food safety programs across the plant
• Ensure regulatory and customer audits readiness and compliance
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, sanitation and others to drive continuous improvement
