Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of beverage manufacturing experience and at least 2 years in a quality management, leadership, or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with HACCP, SQF, FDA, FSMA, food safety/quality systems, customer audits, and regulatory inspections; experience in major beverage manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal systems.
• Drive food safety, product quality, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams to uphold quality objectives.
