Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Pennsylvania to lead QA and food safety programs in a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment.

Candidate will drive HACCP, SQF, FDA/FSMA compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement while partnering with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams. Leadership and beverage manufacturing experience with major beverage companies is essential.

Description: Our client is currently seeking a QUALITY ASSURANCE Manager in PA.

Job Summary

The Quality Manager leads Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs in a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, internal quality systems, customer requirements, and plant quality objectives. The position drives food safety, product quality, audit readiness, and continuous improvement while partnering with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Sanitation, and other teams. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and prior beverage manufacturing experience (ideally with major beverage companies) are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Systems & Compliance

• Manage and improve plant quality systems including HACCP, GMPs, traceability, allergen control, hold-and-release, CAPA, and documentation control.
• Lead regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits; maintain full audit readiness and documentation.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with FDA, FSMA, OSHA, SQF, and related food safety, quality, and workplace standards while keeping policies, SOPs, and specifications current and effective.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of beverage manufacturing experience and at least 2 years in a quality management, leadership, or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with HACCP, SQF, FDA, FSMA, food safety/quality systems, customer audits, and regulatory inspections; experience in major beverage manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
