Job summary

Talking Rain Beverage Company is seeking a seasoned Product Development leader to drive end-to-end beverage projects from benchtop through commercialization at our Preston, WA site. You will leverage food science knowledge, manage cross-functional teams, and lead rapid prototyping to meet market needs.

The role requires 5+ years in product development in beverages, a strong PM skillset, and a collaborative mindset. Expect onsite work five days a week with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field preferred; equivalent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of food science principles and ingredients.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the identification, design, development, and testing of product prototypes
• Drive end-to-end product development projects from benchtop to commercialization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Insights, Operations, Procurement, Quality and Engineering
• Lead design of experiments and trials for product validation
• Develop initial cost of goods and process specifications
• Identify opportunities to develop new products and improvements
