Responsibilities

Work as part of a cross‑functional team to manage a program of projects delivering product enhancements.
Contribute to the product portfolio strategy in collaboration with global category managers.
Execute new recipe development ensuring quality and alignment with category strategy.
Develop prototypes, conduct sensory tests, and facilitate pilot productions.
Report project outcomes and provide insights to guide decisions.
Stay informed about emerging risks related to ingredient selection.
Identify and pilot novel propositions to enhance product competitiveness.
