Danone North America is seeking a seasoned leader to head a team of food scientists supporting Ready-to-Drink Coffee and Waters ventures. You will drive product development from ideation to retail launch, guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring nutrition, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead project briefs, risk assessments, and scalable prototypes, while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Engineering to deliver differentiated beverages.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or closely related field with at least 7-8 years of relevant progressive experience.
• Master’s degree in food science or closely related field with at least 5 years of relevant progressive experience.
• PhD degree in food science or closely related field with at least 3 years of relevant progressive experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manages a team of professional level product developers with technical guidance and career development.
• Provides technical expertise in food science and product development for briefs, timelines, risk assessments, and reports.
• Plan, execute, and manage prototype development in lab, pilot plant, and production facilities; maintain documentation.
