Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Reno, NV is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician III to repair, maintain and install beverage equipment at client locations.

You will diagnose complex systems, perform on-site repairs on fountains, coolers, vending, and payment systems, and ensure safe, compliant operation. Responsibilities include documenting travel and parts, maintaining inventory, and providing professional service while traveling within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• 1+ year experience in beverage equipment repair/maintenance or related field required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate/use hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Mechanical/technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures.
• Willing to follow all safety protocols including use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to restore beverage fountains, coolers, and vending equipment.
• Diagnose complex equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and perform repairs.
• Ensure plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning.
• Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains/cold drink equipment as needed.
• Document travel, labor, and materials using a handheld device.
• Check-in and out equipment and materials using designated process.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
• On completion, clean and sanitize equipment and work area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
• Provide professional on-site service and address client questions.
