Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Field Service Technician II to repair, maintain, and install beverage equipment at client locations in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on fountain repairs and may involve coolers, vending machines, and payment systems.

Responsibilities include diagnosing complex equipment, ensuring proper electrical/mechanical connections, and documenting parts usage and travel. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy loads are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or related field experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate and use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components, mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to restore beverage fountains, coolers, and vending equipment.
• Diagnose equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs.
• Ensure that plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning.
• Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains/cold drink equipment as needed.
• Document travel, labor, and materials using a handheld device.
• Check-in and out equipment and materials using a designated process.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
