Job summary

Nutrabolt, a global active health and wellness company, seeks a Sr. Co-Manufacturing Manager, Beverage to lead co-manufacturer relationships, cost controls, and NPD RFQ negotiations across our beverage network.

You will partner with Purchasing, Planning, QA/QC, Legal, and Product Development to optimize capacity and throughput. You will drive continuous improvement, evaluate new external partners, and ensure smooth production handoffs from development to scale.

Qualifications

• Degree(s) in Business Administration, Economics, Food Science, Packaging Engineering, or Supply Chain Management highly preferable.
• Has a minimum of 8+ years of industry experience in Co-Manufacturing, Sourcing & Procurement, and/or Operations Management.
• Has experience in multi-site global manufacturing management.
• Demonstrated ability in building relationships and vendor management.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Has superior attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee conversion costs including Labor, Overhead, Margins, Scrap, Re-work, and Changeovers for assigned areas.
• Identify cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities and implement strategic sourcing.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Stage Gate process to improve product quality, total cost, and delivery.
• Ensure timely and compliant contract implementations across the organization.
• Assess global manufacturer site economics and viability for strategic needs.
• Lead plant trials, first production runs, and commercialization cross-functionally.
• Coordinate with PD and Quality on process feasibility and line compatibility.
• Ensure smooth handoff from development to full-scale production and align with planning/logistics.
