Job summary

1440 Foods is seeking an experienced Manager, Co-Manufacturing Quality to own quality and food safety performance across its co-manufacturing partners producing bars, powders, snacks, and supplements. You will drive corrective action, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the brand at partner facilities.

You will collaborate with Innovation, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to align quality expectations, perform risk assessments, and lead launch readiness decisions for new products, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in food/beverage QA, food safety, or supplier quality.
• Experience with internal audits; external audits is a plus.
• Knowledge of GFSI schemes and FDA regulatory expectations.
• Strong documentation and data-trend analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own quality and food safety across co-man partners and launches.
• Lead corrective actions and ensure audit readiness at sites.
• Maintain relationships with partner QA/Operations teams.
• Drive risk assessment and escalation to leadership as needed.
• Support TraceGains docs and external audits.
