Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth of its grid-scale and commercial Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will own the sales pipeline, develop leads, coordinate proposals, and manage customer interactions with utilities, data centers, and IPPs.

You will work with senior leadership to secure large MSAs, shape product roadmaps, and negotiate commercial terms. This role requires a strong technical aptitude and travel up to 50% in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in technical sales, commercial account management, or business development in BESS/renewable energy.
• Experience selling highly technical, capital-intensive products or complex industrial solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and strategic pipeline leadership for target segments (data center, utilities, IPPs).
• Manage key accounts and position Ford Energy as a leading domestic BESS provider.
• Coordinate technical and commercial proposals; lead cross-functional bid submissions.
