Job summary
Ford Motor Company is seeking a Project Manager, Product Delivery to lead post-contract delivery for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) deployments within Ford Energy. You will drive execution, monitor KPIs, and align Sales, Engineering, and Finance with EPC partners to ensure on-time commissioning.
The role emphasizes standardized PMO processes, hands-on leadership, and a focus on high-impact, complex projects across the energy portfolio.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience in large-scale utility/infrastructure/energy projects.
- Experience leading post-contract delivery and EPC workflows.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Apply and continuously improve standardized post-contract delivery processes and playbooks for BESS projects.
- Track KPIs for project health, delivery efficiency, and financial performance across Ford Energy projects.
- Interface with Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance, and external EPC contractors to ensure aligned execution.
- Take responsibility for execution, timelines, and commissioning of complex deployments.
