Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a senior program leader to oversee Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) project delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams and ensure safe, on-time execution across large-scale deployments.

This leadership level 6 role requires strong PMO background, stakeholder management, and coordination with Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance and EPC contractors. Moderate travel and a competitive salary apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience on large-scale energy projects.
• Ability to influence across matrixed teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Standardized delivery processes and playbooks for BESS projects.
• Track KPIs for project health, delivery efficiency, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance and EPC contractors.
• Lead and manage risk analyses and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor other project specialists and engineers.
