Job summary

Kforce is recruiting for a Senior BEOL Process Integration Engineer in Portland, OR, with hybrid remote work options. You will partner with Fab Operations and Foundry teams to enhance yield, reliability, and process performance for next-generation IC technologies.

The role requires strong experience in Cu BEOL flows, Photo/Etch/Thin Films/CMP, and hands-on data analysis using SPC, FDC, DOE, and JMP. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of semiconductor BEOL process integration experience; BEOL subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead BEOL process integration efforts to optimize yield and manufacturing performance.
• Own and optimize the complex, multi-step Cu interconnect sequence on wafers.
• Drive improvements in quality, reliability, cost, productivity, and process capability.
• Identify yield-limiting factors and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support technology transfer and process matching with foundry partners.
• Utilize SPC, FDC, DOE, and JMP to analyze data and solve manufacturing challenges.
