Job summary

Socket.dev in Sherman, TX is seeking an experienced BEOL Process Integration Engineer to drive the integration of BEOL for analog and CMOS nodes in our 300 mm development. You will interface with R&D, Process, Test, Product, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver robust, cost-effective solutions.

The role requires planning, strong technical leadership, and the ability to work across organizational boundaries while communicating project status clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in EE, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry.
• 5 years of Process Integration experience in CMOS or analog technology with Cu BEOL.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the BEOL process flow (Al and Cu) to meet physical, electrical, yield and reliability targets.
• Design experiments with unit process development to evaluate integration options and arrive at manufacturable solutions.
• Partner with RET team to validate OPC and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with ATD and other groups to ensure silicon process compatibility with tests and packaging.
• Deliver technology solutions on time that meet product requirements.
