Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to handle complex cases, and the communication skills to educate employees

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 3 years in employee benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage benefits plans in accordance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and laws.
  • Oversee health, dental, disability, life and wellness programs.
  • Analyze benefits data and recommend cost-saving changes.
  • Provide benefits information sessions and respond to inquiries.
  • Lead benefits team and coordinate with vendors.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
