Zusammenfassung

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to design, run, and continuously improve health, wellness, and financial benefits for a distributed workforce. You will own strategy and end-to-end delivery, manage carrier/vendor relationships, and ensure competitive, compliant, cost-effective offerings.

This senior IC role influences across People Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT and guides external partners while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of progressive benefits experience

Aufgaben

Own the benefits strategy and roadmap for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k).
Lead annual renewal, plan design, funding models, and vendor negotiations.
Manage broker, carrier, PEO/EOR, and third-party administrator relationships.
Forecast, budget, and report benefits spend with Finance.
Ensure ACA/ERISA/HIPAA/COBRA/FMLA compliance and required filings.
Administer and optimize benefits tech and integrations.
Escalate complex benefits cases and coach teammates.
Deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education.
Evaluate benefits for new geographies and acquisitions.
Build scalable processes, metrics, and insights for leadership.
