You will lead annual calendars, support billing, and coordinate resources and training while engaging executives and clients with a strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee open enrollment and benefits renewal processes.
• Oversee benefits vendor relationships and advocate for staff.
• Manage annual benefits calendar, projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Support benefits billing and ensure timely processing and payments.
• Ensure timely filing of mandatory benefits reporting.
• Lead retirement plan management calendar and audits.
• Develop benefits resources and proactive communications.
• Manage benefits training initiatives and annual communications.
• Support parental and disability leave programs and payroll impacts.
• Monitor compliance with benefits policies and evolving laws.
