Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Analyst to lead advanced financial analysis and strategic reporting for complex public sector benefit programs. You will handle renewal analyses, RFP processes, and carrier evaluations while mentoring junior analysts and delivering actionable, data-driven insights to clients.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to translate claims data into meaningful cost-management recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits analytics, brokerage, or consulting.
• Experience with renewal analyses, RFPs, and carrier evaluations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex renewal analyses across all lines of coverage, including non-marketed plans.
• Evaluate claims experience, utilization trends, and financial performance for cost drivers.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to support long-term benefits planning.
• Lead RFP processes and analyze carrier proposals for financial impact.
• Present findings to client leadership and provide client-focused insights.
• Mentor Analysts and ensure accuracy and quality of analyses.
