Job summary

LSI Industries in Blue Ash, OH, seeks a Senior Benefits Specialist to lead comprehensive benefit programs and deliver outstanding employee service on-site at our corporate location. You will drive Open Enrollment, advise on plan design, and partner with brokers and vendors to optimize offerings.

The role emphasizes strategy and execution, with collaboration across HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate administration and regulatory compliance. 5+ years’ experience and CEBS a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience administering employee benefit programs.
• Strong expertise in health and welfare plans, retirement plans, leave administration, and compliance.
• Experience with brokers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and benefit vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business; CEBS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of our comprehensive benefit programs while ensuring excellent service and support.
• Drive annual Open Enrollment planning, testing, implementation, and post-enrollment audits.
• Lead HRIS enhancements, vendor implementations, process improvements, and acquisition integrations.
• Partner with brokers and vendors to continually improve our benefit offerings and employee experience.
• Analyze benefit trends, utilization, and costs to recommend innovative solutions and strategic improvements.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate administration, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
