Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a senior-level Employee Benefits leader to develop and administer comprehensive benefits programs. You will mentor staff, manage relationships with internal and external partners, and drive policy compliance across benefits operations.

You will oversee enrollment, vendor management, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations. The role advances strategic HR initiatives and program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of significant knowledge in benefit practices, including laws and regulations as warranted by specific area needs.
• 4–6 years of experience in a large, complex business organization with ability to review plan documents and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers the Club's group benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, ancillary).
• Manages annual enrollment and ensures compliance with IRS, DOL, ERISA and other regulations.
• Mentors and coaches team members; partners with vendors and external entities on benefit projects.
• Prepares materials for executives and presents new policies to various stakeholders.
• Leads and/or participates in projects, providing strategic consulting to business partners up to the executive level.
