Job summary

Symbotic in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join the Benefits team within HR. You will administer, analyze, and continuously improve employee benefit programs while helping ensure compliant operations and a positive employee experience.

This role partners with HR Operations, benefit vendors, brokers, and consultants. You will use data and reporting to identify trends, support budgeting, renewals, and open enrollment planning, and lead system enhancements in collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in benefits.
• Experience administering health, retirement, disability, or leave programs.
• Working knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and Section 125.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations for U.S. and global benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, leaves).
• Manage enrollment, eligibility, life events, benefit transactions, and vendor data transmissions.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee, system, and vendor issues.
• Analyze benefit utilization and program effectiveness; assist budgeting, renewals, and improvements.
• Serve as operational contact for vendors, TPAs, brokers, and consultants.
• Support regulatory compliance, testing, filings, reporting, and plan documentation.
• Lead open enrollment planning, testing, communications, and employee education with HRIS/Payroll teams.
