Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Benefits Specialist in Farmington Hills, MI to manage health, dental, vision and other benefit programs, while serving as a key resource for employees and leadership on all benefits-related matters.

You will drive the benefits strategy, ensure regulatory compliance (ACA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA), and handle the full leave of absence process in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ACA, FMLA, ERISA, and ADA.
• Experience handling leave administration.
• HRIS experience (Workday highly preferred given TTA's environment).

Responsibilities

• This Benefits Specialist will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership on all benefits-related matters while helping drive the company's overall benefits strategy.
• On a daily basis, administer and support health, dental, vision, and other benefit programs, answer employee questions, resolve issues with vendors and providers, and ensure all benefits processes remain compliant with ACA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA, and other regulations.
• Manage the full leave of absence process, including medical, family, military, personal, and ADA-related leaves, while partnering with internal stakeholders to improve employee communication and engagement around benefits offerings.
• Analyze benefits data, conduct market benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses, maintain benefits documentation, and recommend enhancements that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
