Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Specialist III / Retirement & Leave Analyst to oversee U.S. defined contribution plans, remaining pension obligations, and the leave-of-absence program.

The role expands to support Canadian retirement programs, including integration of acquired entities into the RRSP framework. The successful candidate will partner with Fidelity, WTW, Dayforce, HRIS, and Payroll to ensure accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and robust employee support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Finance, or analytics.
• “5+ years of progressively responsible benefits administration experience.”
• “U.S. defined contribution plans experience required; Canadian RRSP/benefits experience preferred.”
• “Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.”

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. defined contribution plan administration and support of pension obligations.
• Coordinate leave-of-absence programs and vendor/manager interactions.
• Administer Canadian retirement programs and assist with acquisitions integration.
• Prepare, reconcile, and analyze benefits data for leadership reporting and compliance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
