Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead stabilization and resolution of production issues affecting Workday benefits, payroll deductions, and data exchanges with third-party providers. You will coordinate across DOAS and statewide ERP teams, drive root-cause analysis, and manage end-to-end issue remediation.

The role requires ERP/HRIS program experience, SDLC know-how, and strong stakeholder coordination across government and vendor partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of project management experience.
Six or more years of related experience in project management coordinating and supporting business processes.
Certification as PMP or CAPM or eligibility for PMP/CAPM.
Experience with SDLC methodologies and structured development.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, MS Project or Jira.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a single authoritative backlog of benefits issues with ownership, deadlines and criteria.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve individual benefits issues and maintain focus on outcomes.
Obtain next steps, accountable owners, and target completion dates; track commitments to completion.
Coordinate test planning, data, results, regression testing, and vendor validation for acceptance.
Provide concise executive reporting on issue aging, population impact, and resolution trends.
