Job summary

Meriton, based in Irving, TX, is seeking a Senior Benefits Partner to oversee health, retirement and leave programs across a growing multi-unit organization. You will resolve complex issues, ensure data accuracy, and drive standardized processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive benefits administration experience in a multi-state, multi-unit environment.
• CBP, CEBS, or similar designation preferred.
• Experience supporting health & welfare and retirement plans in multi-state, multi-company organizations.
• M&A benefits integration experience preferred.
• Experience with major HCM/benefit platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, Dayforce, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily benefits operations and escalate complex issues unresolved by Tier 1 HR Operations.
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs with consistent eligibility and documentation.
• Provide escalation support for FMLA, ADA, and leave programs; coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment, including system configuration and testing.
• Support retirement plan administration, contributions, corrections, and notices.
• Assist with onboarding acquired companies into existing benefits/retirement programs.
• Act as COE liaison with carriers, brokers, and vendors; validate invoices.
• Ensure ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and 125 compliance with audit-ready documentation.
• Configure and test benefit system changes with the HRIS team; support communications.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements; assist technology enhancements.
