Financial Additions in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Benefits Administrator to lead and optimize multi-state benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave administration.

The role collaborates with Payroll and Vendors to ensure ACA/ERISA compliance and drives annual open enrollment. Candidates should have 6+ years of benefits experience and a Bachelor's degree, with HRIS proficiency (Workday/UKG/ADP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of benefits administration experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of health & welfare plans, retirement plans, and leave administration.
• Experience resolving complex benefits issues.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG, ADP, Dayforce, Oracle) preferred.
• CEBS, CBP, or related certification preferred.
• M&A benefits integration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex benefits, 401(k), and leave of absence issues.
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Support FMLA, ADA, disability, and state leave programs.
• Lead operational activities for annual open enrollment.
• Manage 401(k) eligibility, contributions, corrections, and audits.
• Partner with Payroll on deductions, taxation, and reconciliations.
• Support benefits integration for newly acquired companies.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and other regulations.
• Work with carriers, brokers, and vendors to maintain efficient program administration.
• Identify process improvements and support benefits technology enhancements.
