Michael Aaron Staffing is partnering with a large, global organization with a significant U.S. workforce to identify a Senior Manager of Benefits Operations for its St. Louis team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced benefits professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands‑on. The Senior Manager will serve as the operational leader for the Benefits team, partnering closely with Benefits leadership to strengthen processes, improve efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and ensure consistent benefits administration across a complex organization.

The ideal candidate understands benefits operations from the ground up but can also step back, evaluate how things are being done, and identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve processes at scale.

  • Establish operational metrics and reporting to measure performance and service delivery
  • Manage third‑party benefits vendors, including performance, SLAs, issue resolution, and vendor negotiations
