You’ll blend relationship management with consultative expertise to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth, backed by ADP’s training and support network. Qualifications

• 3+ years in client service or systems integration.
• Experience with Benefit Administration and PTO configuration.
• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Implement ADP's benefits solutions. You’ll simplify complex information to help clients use payroll products with ease.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to lead project team workflows and optimize configurations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and management to drive process improvements.
• Coach and mentor less-experienced teammates as needed.
