Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Benefits Implementation Consultant to work with clients on implementing ADP’s benefits solutions.

You will leverage your project-management and analytical skills to simplify complex information and enable clients to use payroll products effectively. You will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding configurations and upgrades while ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client service interface or systems integration environment.
• WFN experience required.
• Benefits administration and configuration experience.
• PTO configuration experience.
• Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Implement ADP's benefits solutions for clients.
• Act as subject matter expert to optimize configurations and upgrades.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely delivery.
• Resolve issues with minimal direction and high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with project teams and mentor less-experienced staff.
